A sales communication workspace built on direct Telnyx carrier infrastructure. Campaigns, a shared inbox, a power dialer, a CRM pipeline and follow-up workflows — already assembled, so your team texts leads, calls the ones who respond and tracks every outcome.

From a spreadsheet to a closed deal, without copying anything between tools.
The screens you will spend the day in. Pick a tab, or let it run.
Instead of a texting tool bolted to a dialer bolted to a spreadsheet, with the history split three ways.
Send a campaign to a list of any size, paced so carriers treat you like a business rather than a burst. Split a big list into batches — some now, some tomorrow — inside one campaign.
Click to call from any conversation. The call rings your own phone first, so you are never talking to a dead line, and the recording and notes land on the contact.
Every reply in one thread per person, whoever sent the original. Filters for who needs an answer, who said no, and who went quiet.
Stages move on their own as people reply. Notes are dated and signed. Calls, texts and emails sit on one timeline you can read months later.
Nobody replies to the first message. Sequences keep going for you and stop the moment someone answers.
Import a skip-trace export and do-not-call numbers, known litigators and landlines are filtered out before a credit is spent on them.
Telnyx on its own is infrastructure: numbers, routing and an API. Clentrix is the workspace built on top of it — campaigns, a shared inbox, a power dialer, a CRM pipeline and follow-ups already put together — so a sales team works leads from day one instead of building software. Direct carrier-level routing underneath, and no per-user fees on top.
| What matters | The usual stack | Clentrix |
|---|---|---|
| Underlying carrier | Twilio, resold through the platform | Telnyx, direct carrier-level routing |
| Number availability | Whatever Twilio has in stock | Search and buy a line from inside the system |
| What you are billed | Carrier rate plus a platform margin | One published per-segment rate |
| Numbers outside the US | Limited by Twilio's inventory | Telnyx coverage, including where Twilio has none |
| Carrier registration | Yours to arrange, usually elsewhere | Brand and campaign registered from inside the system |
| Built for | Everything, for everyone | Outbound lead generation, first and properly |
Throughput on any US platform is set by the carriers against your own registered 10DLC brand, not by the software — so nobody can promise you a send rate, us included. What the network underneath changes is price, number availability and how directly your traffic reaches the carrier.
US carriers will not deliver business texts from a number they cannot identify. An unregistered number still looks like it is working — the message says "sent" and almost nobody receives it.
Brand and campaign registration handled for you, from inside the system. It takes about a week and it cannot be rushed by anyone, so we start it on day one rather than after your first campaign disappoints.
STOP, STOPPP, "remove me", "stop texting me" — all of it caught and actioned, not just the one exact word. This is what keeps a sending brand alive.
Your numbers and your carrier registration stay yours. If you leave, you take them with you.
A texting campaign works better when the people who reply have somewhere to land. If you do not have a site, we will build you one.
One page, one job: the offer, the proof, and a form. Built for the traffic your campaigns actually send, not a brochure.
Form submissions arrive as contacts, tagged with where they came from, so a new lead can be followed up the same minute.
Your domain, your content, no lock-in. We build it and hand it over.
Ask about a website Tell us what the business does and we will quote it.
A free account opens the whole system to explore. Sending is switched on once we have talked and your carrier registration is under way.
Create a free account Book a callPay by card and your account is set up the same day. Carrier registration still takes a few days, so sending starts once it clears.
It goes straight to the person who builds this. The complaints are more useful than the compliments, and you choose whether we may quote you.
