A sales communication workspace built on direct Telnyx infrastructure: campaigns, a shared inbox, a power dialer, a CRM pipeline and follow-ups in one system. Published per-segment rates, no contracts, no per-user fees.
Try it free Or ask for a quoteOne system for the whole follow-up, instead of a texting tool bolted to a dialer bolted to a spreadsheet.
Bulk campaigns with daily pacing you can change mid-flight, a shared inbox for every reply, saved templates, and automatic follow-up sequences that stop the moment someone answers.
Call straight from the browser, work a list with the power dialer, and keep recordings, transcripts and call outcomes attached to the contact. Answering machine detection so you skip the voicemails.
A pipeline you can drag leads through, tags and segments, tasks and a calendar, and CSV import that maps your columns and filters out DNC numbers, known litigators and landlines before you send.
The screens you will actually spend your day in.
A number, a monthly message allowance and carrier registration in one price. The allowance resets on the 1st; anything you have not used does not roll over.

None of the plans fit? Set what you actually need and the price works itself out — the same published rates, nothing hidden in the middle.
Prefer to buy credits up front instead of a monthly allowance? These do not expire and never reset.

One credit is one SMS segment — not one message. A segment is 160 characters of plain English. A longer message is sent as several segments and costs one credit each, and a message containing emoji or non-Latin characters uses 70-character segments. Replies from your leads cost a credit too — receiving, storing and threading them is part of what you are paying for. We price this way so a long message costs what it actually costs, instead of being averaged into everyone else's bill.
Billed by the minute, only for the time you are actually connected. You pay a different rate depending on which way the call goes, because that is how the carriers charge us.

Worth reading before you pay us anything, because the third step is not instant and we would rather you hear it from us now.
Most lead-gen platforms are a layer on top of Twilio, so you pay Twilio's rate plus the platform's margin on every message. Clentrix runs on the Telnyx private global network, with direct carrier-level routing.
| What matters | The usual stack | Clentrix |
|---|---|---|
| Underlying carrier | Twilio, resold through the platform | Telnyx, direct carrier-level routing |
| Number availability | Whatever Twilio has in stock | Search and buy a line from inside the system |
| What you are billed | Carrier rate plus a platform margin | One published per-segment rate |
| Numbers outside the US | Limited by Twilio's inventory | Telnyx coverage, including where Twilio has none |
| Carrier registration | Yours to arrange, usually elsewhere | Brand and campaign registered from inside the system |
| Built for | Everything, for everyone | Outbound lead generation, first and properly |
Throughput on any US platform is set by the carriers against your own registered 10DLC brand, not by the software — so nobody can promise you a send rate, us included. What the network underneath changes is price, number availability and how directly your traffic reaches the carrier.
Tell us a little about what you are sending and we will come back with a quote. No payment is taken on this page.
